Alex Viteri
Alex has spent 20+ years helping retail and consumer brands figure out who their customers actually are and what to do about it. He gets to the root cause, builds the positioning, and creates the commercial framework to make it hold.
At Macy's, he led brand positioning and advertising strategy for the Martha Stewart Collection, the retailer's largest brand rollout in its history and a business that grew to over $1 billion. At J.Jill, he built the consumer experience framework that unified the brand across catalog, retail, and digital as the company grew from 10 to 175 stores. That work was central to the Talbots acquisition for $517 million. At Bliss Beauty, working with L Catterton, he diagnosed why the brand was losing ground, rebuilt positioning around efficacy and heritage, and opened the path to Target and CVS.
He has worked across PE portfolio companies with Blackstone, L Catterton, and Carlyle Group. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley and lives in Cohasset, Massachusetts with his wife and three kids.
Mark Stocker
Mark has spent 25+ years turning customer insight into the right products, the right assortment, and better margins. He knows how retail businesses actually work and where they break down. He can advise, or he can step in and run it.
At Delta Galil, as Group President over the Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Adidas licensed divisions, he delivered 5-8% revenue growth and 4-5% EBIT improvement across a $500M+ branded portfolio. At Lord & Taylor, as President and CMO, he rebuilt a declining brand around a younger consumer, expanded the partner roster from zero to 150+ in under a year, and drove 100% year-over-year revenue growth in Q4 2022. At Macy's, he ran a $2B+ apparel division, grew private label penetration 10 percentage points, and pioneered The Park, the retailer's contemporary menswear concept.
He lives in Fairfield, Connecticut with his family.
